I’m a mother of three, a grandmother, pastor, speaker, a mental health advocate and case manager, Life coach, entrepreneur, and best-selling author. I am a graduate of Texas Southern University with a BS degree in Administration of Justice and a master’s from University of Phoenix in Psychology and a 2nd master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden university. My goal is to nurture the mind, body, spirit, and soul through a holistic approach. I am the owner of Healing Empowerment Center a 501C3 non-profit organization and The Healing Global Development Center LLC to educate, empower, and to assist those with overcoming trauma. I am the Pastor of The Healing Place International Ministries.

About Us
Tangela Stoot
Tangela Stoot is the Pastor of the Healing Place. She has worked in the ministry in several areas for over
20 years. Through prayer, patience and perseverance Tangela is a blazing trail for God’s kingdom and is
fulfilling her destiny.
Pastor Tangela Stoot was born October 8, 1973, in Houston, Texas to Clifford Stoot Sr. and
Mother Florida Stoot. Pastor Tangela is the youngest of four children. Pastor Tangela has three
beautiful children, Aaron F. Holden Jr, Tiffany L. Holden, and Tiana L. Holden.
She is the founder of Sisters with Purpose Women’s Ministry and When Women Pray
Ministry! She holds a BS Degree in Administration of Justice and a master’s degree in
Psychology and another master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. Tangela has a deep
compassion for hurting men and women. She has counseled many and has been able to talk many out of
committing suicide. Her passion for ministry is above the norm and the anointing on her life has come
through the many things that she has gone through!
